  • Issue of material supplied by client to contractors/venders.
  • Periodic quality checks and its reporting.
  • Checking and certifying bills of venders and suppliers.
  • Co-ordination between various project agencies.
  • Monitoring and reporting project progress.
  • Daily supervision (if required).
  • Review, assess and instruct regarding defects during defects liability period.
  • Issue final certificates to contractors.
  • Closing of contract of contractors.
  • Supervision of Erection & commissioning
  • Preparation of maintenance manual.
